Minsi Trails Council Monroe District welcomed it's newest Eagle Scout on July 21, as Jordan Smalley of BSA Troop 300 completed his Eagle Board. Jordan's project was completed at Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation Center where he built a new home for owls to protect them from Avian flu. Congratulations!!!
